Property blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying different sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
Additional images made public as part of the current congressional disclosure.
